It is essential to convey what you want accurately. Feedback that borrows the know-how and thoughts of the person receiving the feedback and engages the person receiving it as a member of one person is good—meeting various people and gathering their expertise to complete a project. It is never something you can do alone.
After the film was first completed at Pixar, it was released after going through six meetings called "Brain Trust." This meeting has all the experts coming together to dissect and criticize the film. Nevertheless, the conclusion of the feedback is left to the director to find a solution for himself.

The answer to how to get two jobs is 'one job supports the other.' The energy gained from the writer's job makes each other the most enthusiastic supporters, and the know-how gained from the writer's job helps the writer's job. I thought the two were very different jobs, so the time I tried to balance them was meaningful. Before I knew it, the two jobs were balanced and moving forward.
