Everyday Challenge
Sometimes, we encounter unexpected situations in our relationships. Occasionally, I give another person a lousy feeling; on the other hand, someone makes me embarrassed and suddenly angry at me.
We don’t know others' situations or how much stress they experience in their daily lives. When my lack of leisure and stress meet their bad energy, my bad energy and the other's energy meet and cause even more anger. How much do I have to grind and cultivate my inner mind to have the room to calm the other person's anxious energy and the ability to purify it?
