The activation of the brain region is now visible thanks to nuclear magnetic co-prosperity tomography research. A scientific technique called functional magnetic resonance imaging has made it possible to look inside the human body without surgery or administering radioactive substances to the brain. There were significant differences in consumption behavior and spending patterns according to age. This means that there is a region in the brain that processes basic emotions and motivations. Similarly, neurotransmitters and hormones that change the brain and influence human behavior are present. Through this, what happens unconsciously in our brains affects consumption behavior and purchasing patterns much more widely than we experience or perceive. This means that not all consumers are rational and rationally consumed.
- Even 70% to 80% of unconsciousness and 30% of consciousness are less powerful than we think. Remember that emotions are essential in pricing to make customers willing to spend money.
- Men and women have entirely different brains.
