In my life, I often think of the answers Siddhartha found and interpret them as follows.
"I think" → I have sound decision-making principles and good questions for others.
"I wait." → Being able to plan long-term plans, watch far away, enjoy games, and not waste energy.
"I fast." → Being able to endure difficulties and trials. Restoring myself fully and not losing tolerance and composure in the face of great pain.
The list of ideas recommended by Titan in this book is as follows.
