It takes an average of 66 days to develop a new habit.
1. Understand and believe. The first step is to understand the concept of "only one" and then think it can make a big difference in our lives. Failure to comprehend and believe cannot lead to action.
2. Use concepts. Start the day with the question, "What is the only thing that would make everything else easier or unnecessary today?" That way, the direction of what to do becomes clear.
3. Make it a habit. If you ask a focus search question like a habit, you can use the full power of the question to achieve the outstanding results you want. This makes a difference.
4. Make sure you don't forget to take notes. Remind yourself not to overlook the focus search question. The best way is to put "I don't need everything else" in front of your desk. Let it be the bridge between successful habits and the outcome you want.
5. Get help. Research shows that people around you can have a profound influence on you. Creating a success group with a few colleagues can also go a long way toward practicing your daily habits. Get help from your family, too. Share what your 'only' is and be together.
